Patricia A. (Schultz) Bell, 74 of Manchester passed on Sunday, August 9, 2009. Patricia was born February 13, 1935 to the late Robert and Ellen (Reed) Schultz. She was a retired teacher/substitute teacher and a member of UFCW, Girl Scouts Z-Troop and the Summit County Republican Party. She loved reading and watching sports. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Carl; children, Lynda (Tommy) Anderson, Richard (Jeanette) Bell, Ruth (Charles) Scott and Patrick (Dora) Bell; five grandchildren; sister, Peggy (Keith) Sinley.
