Linda Sue Russell was born on February 25, 1942 in Galion, Ohio to Clarence William and Norma Faine Adams. Linda was the Township Clerk for the Coventry Township for 14 years. She moved to St. James city in 2000 coming from Akron, OH. Linda was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her passions in life included boating, shelling, traveling, reading and spending time with her family and friends. Linda was very strong in her faith and was a devoted Christian. Linda passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at her home. She is survived by her loving family including her husband of 46 years, Herbert Russell; mother, Norma Russell; son, Herbert (Missy) Russell; daughter, Christine (Rick) Baggott; brother, William Clarence Adams; sister, Robin Roberts and five grandchildren - Herbert Mitchell, Nicholas Paul, Morgan Nichole, Caitlin Mackenzie and Abigail Sue.
