BARBERTON -- Helen E. Jensen, 95, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2011. A life resident of the Barberton area, she retired from Weaver School and Workshop with over 20 years of service and was a member of the Danish Brotherhood Lodge. Preceded in death by her parents, Michael (Karen) Andersen; husband; Jim R. Jensen; son, Ernest Jensen; sister, Evelyn Junkins; and niece, Jerrie Maher; Helen is survived by daughter-in-law, Alice Jensen; granddaughter, Pamela Carr; grandson, Christopher (Tara) Jensen; great-grandchildren, Jim and Jordan Jensen and Jillian, Lauren and Owen Carr; great-niece, Juli Maher; and great-nephew, Michael Maher. The family would like to extend special appreciation for the neighbors and friends who shared her life. Funeral service will be held Thursday, 1 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton 44203. Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
